Your payment process starts soon after the booking/reservation is confirmed. But before we proceed to provide details about Payment Acceptance Policy it is important for you to know about our pricing, taxes/fees, and how the payment is to be done.
Pricing, Taxes/Fees, and Payment
The total prices quoted by us will be inclusive of all fees and taxes applicable to airfare, hotel, car rentals and/or vacation packages in your booking. The concerned travel suppliers may also charge additional surcharges and service fees, if applicable, and can be contacted directly regarding any clarifications or queries.
Our Fees and Exceptions
Fond Travels will be charge a service fee as described hereunder. This will be in addition to cost and fees charged by each Travel Supplier. The fees charged by us are generally non-refundable and applicable per-passenger, per-ticket basis.
Booking Fees Online/Over the Phone: A service fee of up to $200 is charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket for U.S. Domestic and International flights.
Post-Ticketing Fees: For Cancellations/Changes/Refunds within 24 hours of booking we will charge a service fee of up to $100, and beyond 24 hours booking window the service fee charged will be up to $200, applicable per-passenger, per-ticket for U.S. Domestic and International flights.
Please Note: Airline fare rules will be applicable to any and all changes to your itinerary. We don’t guarantee and neither be responsible for any reservations or bookings made or confirmed to you when any changes are made to your original itinerary by the travel supplier upon your request or schedule changes.
Fare Changes & Post Payment Price Guarantee
Prior to your payment being processed and accepted successfully, we will notify about any fare changes due to fluctuations which is either to be accepted or declined by you. If you choose to decline the transaction then we won’t charge any fee.
Our Post Payment Price Guarantee: Upon successful acceptance and processing of your payment, we hereby guarantee that the total final quoted price of the airline tickets regardless of any changes or fluctuation in the price of airfare will be honoured by us.
Payment Acceptance Policy
We at Fond Travels accept all major debit card and credit card issued in the United States, Canada and many other countries as listed in the billings section with a verifiable billing address. You will be required to make full payment at the time of booking. Your due agreement and authorization will be needed by us and/or our authorized third-party suppliers to process the total booking amount through debit card or credit card. At the same time you must also ensure that the billing address and credit card verification number is accurate and duly accepted by the merchant. It should be noted that the prices, offers and conditions of sale are subject to change without any prior notice.
If your credit card is declined during the transaction processing then you will be notified by us through email within 72 hours. Your transaction will confirmed only when we receive full payment either through credit card or debit card.
Please Note: All bookings whether related to flights, hotels, car rentals or vacation packages will be confirmed only when we receive complete confirmation details from you. Pre-payment, in part or full, may be required to confirm the booking, in some cases. Additionally, we may contact you or your bank if we assess that the transactions pertaining you are determined to be of high-risk by our systems, and process such transaction only after it is declared to be safe by our credit card verification team. This is done by us for providing you further safety.

Vacation Package Rules and Regulations
Fond Travels partners with third-party vendors for making travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals and vacation providers, and provides these services on their behalf to the customers booking through our website. Fond Travels is not an agent of the third-party Travel Supplier associated with it for business purposes or of the customer, to whom travel related services are being provided. The customer therefore waives any claim against Fond Travels, its subsidiaries or affiliates, and all others providing services on its behalf, and expressly agrees that they won’t be held liable for any damage or loss to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act of omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by any third-party vendor or supplier; any missed connections, delayed departure, terminations of service, substitutions of accommodations, or changes in fares and rates; any inconvenience, mental distress, loss of enjoyment, or other similar matter; any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the reasonable control of Fond Travels; and any claim of any nature arising out of such actions that are not within the purview or control of Fond Travels in any way whatsoever.
