Vacation Packages Planned by a Real Travel Expert

Fond Travels builds vacation packages that combine flights, hotel, and transfers into one trip, planned and booked for you by a real travel expert over the phone. Call +1 (323) 800 6001 at any hour, tell us where you want to go, when, and who is traveling, and we come back with two or three complete itineraries you can compare, or describe your trip on our Plan My Vacation form and we call you.

We are an independent US travel agency in Woodbridge, Virginia. We book with major airlines, well-known hotel brands and independent resorts, and leading cruise lines, and we put every part of your trip on one file with one point of contact. That matters most when something changes: a delayed flight, a shifted school schedule, a hurricane forecast. One call, and a person who already knows your trip handles it.

Packages work for a long weekend in Cancun, a two-week tour of Italy, a honeymoon in the Maldives, or a multigenerational reunion in Punta Cana. Fond Travels is rated 4.8 of 5 with 2,500+ Google reviews.

Where do you want to go?

Caribbean. Short flights from the East Coast, all-inclusive resorts, and reliable winter sun make the Caribbean our most requested region. Punta Cana suits families and groups who want everything on-site; Jamaica offers more variety, from Montego Bay resorts to Negril's quieter beaches.

Mexico. Mexico pairs easy flights with a wide range of resort styles. Cancun and the Riviera Maya cover everything from adults-only to water-park resorts, with day trips to cenotes and Mayan ruins, and Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta serve the West Coast.

Europe. Europe packages usually combine flights with two or three city hotels, rail or private transfers between them, and a few guided days. Italy (Rome, Florence, Venice, the Amalfi Coast) and Greece (Athens plus one or two islands) are the classic first trips.

Middle East. The Middle East works as a destination in its own right or a stopover on the way to Asia. Dubai packages typically include a city hotel, a desert excursion, and a day in Abu Dhabi; we also arrange Hajj and Umrah travel with the required documentation.

Asia. Asia rewards longer trips. Japan packages link Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka by rail with hotels near the stations, while the Maldives is the honeymoon favorite, with seaplane or speedboat transfers to an overwater villa.

Australia and the Pacific. Australia and the South Pacific means long flights and long stays: Sydney, the Great Barrier Reef, New Zealand, Fiji, and Tahiti. Closer to home, Hawaii packages combine flights with Oahu, Maui, or Kauai resorts and inter-island hops, with no passport required for US citizens.

Cruises. A cruise package adds flights to the port and a pre-cruise hotel night to the sailing itself, so a delayed flight does not mean a missed ship. We book Caribbean, Alaska, Mediterranean, and river itineraries with leading cruise lines.

What's included in a vacation package

• Round-trip flights on major airlines in the cabin you choose, with connection times and arrival hours checked against your hotel's check-in.
• Hotel or resort nights at the board basis you select: room only, breakfast, half board, or all-inclusive, with what each includes spelled out.
• Airport-to-hotel transfers where available, private or shared, so you are not negotiating a taxi after a long flight.
• Optional tours, excursions, and rail or ferry segments added to the same file when you want them.
• Full disclosure of resort fees, local taxes, baggage rules, and cancellation deadlines before you pay. Call for current pricing on your dates.
• One confirmation, one payment schedule, and one phone number, +1 (323) 800 6001, for changes before and during the trip.

How package booking works

1. Tell us about the trip. Call +1 (323) 800 6001 or send the Plan My Vacation form. We ask for your home airport, dates or a date range, number of travelers and their ages, the kind of trip you want, and a comfortable budget range.
2. We build two or three options. Your expert compares flight schedules, resorts, and transfer options, then sends you complete itineraries with what is included and the cancellation terms for each.
3. You choose and we confirm. We lock in the flights and hotel, add any tours, and take the deposit or full payment securely by phone. Confirmation arrives by email the same day.
4. We stay with you until you are home. Final payment reminders, seat and special-request follow-ups, a pre-departure check, and a live person to call if anything changes en route.

Who books packages with us

Couples and honeymooners want adults-only resorts, a specific view, and small touches such as a room upgrade request or a dinner reservation, which we place directly with the property. Families with children need connecting rooms, kids' clubs, flight times that are not brutal for toddlers, and clear all-inclusive rules. Seniors often prefer fewer connections, ground-floor rooms, and shorter transfers; our senior travel reservations service is built for that. Groups of ten or more, from reunions to destination weddings, get blocked rooms and coordinated group travel flights from several home cities. Faith travelers rely on us for Hajj and Umrah packages, with hotels near the holy sites and help with visa paperwork.

What to know before you book a package

• Passports and visas. Most countries require a passport valid for six months beyond your return date. Some destinations need a visa or electronic authorization; we tell you which apply to your citizenship before you book.
• Travel insurance. Optional but worth considering for international trips, cruises, and non-refundable rates. It covers cancellation for covered reasons, medical care abroad, and delays. Ask us for a quote at booking.
• Resort fees. Some resorts, especially in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, charge a daily fee at the hotel that is separate from the package. We disclose it up front.
• What all-inclusive means. Definitions vary. Some resorts include premium drinks, specialty restaurants, and motorized water sports; others charge extra for each. We read the property's inclusions to you.
• Flight times vs. hotel check-in. Overnight flights land in the morning; hotels check in mid-afternoon. We either book an extra night or request early check-in so you are not waiting in a lobby with luggage.
• Deposits and final payment. Most packages hold with a deposit and require the balance a set number of days before departure. We give you the exact dates in writing.
• Changes. Airline change fees, hotel deadlines, and tour cancellation windows differ. We explain each before you pay, and we handle the change for you if plans shift.

Tell us your trip online

If you prefer to start in writing, use the Plan My Vacation form. Give us your home airport, rough dates, travelers, and the kind of trip you have in mind, and a travel expert calls or emails you with options, usually within one business day. You can also browse current offers on our deals page, book flights, hotels, or car rental on their own, or read destination guides on the blog.
