Best time to visit Anguilla
Anguilla is one of the drier islands in the region, with daytime highs in the low to mid 80s Fahrenheit throughout the year. The dry season from December through April is peak season, with trade winds, low humidity and the fullest social calendar, including the Moonsplash music festival in March. May and June are warm, quiet and good value. July through November is wetter, with short showers, and the Anguilla Summer Festival with its boat races runs in early August. Hurricane season spans June through November, with the greatest risk from August to October, and a number of resorts and restaurants close for maintenance in September and October, so timing matters. The island stays on Atlantic Standard Time year-round.

Alternatively, fly to San Juan and connect on a regional flight of about an hour to Anguilla's small airport. US passport holders need a valid passport and do not require a visa for tourist stays, and you will clear immigration in both St. Maarten and Anguilla; verify entry requirements before travel. Driving is on the left, and a rental car is useful for beach-hopping.
