• The customer will have to forfeit the total amount of fare when the booked ticket is canceled after the departure of the flight. In this case, the airline will charge 100% of the fare amount
• The customers can cancel their award ticket reservation and seek a mileage refund only when all the sectors haven’t been used by them. The customers won’t have to pay a cancellation fee, but will have to get their 3,000 miles forfeited

What are ANA refund rules?

The following ANA refund policy will apply after canceling both refundable and non-refundable tickets by the customers:
