- Approximately 50% of the total fare amount is to be paid by the customer when he/she cancels the booked flight 27 to 14 days before the scheduled departure date
- The customer will have to forfeit the total amount of fare when the booked ticket is canceled after the departure of the flight. In this case, the airline will charge 100% of the fare amount
- The customers can cancel their award ticket reservation and seek a mileage refund only when all the sectors haven’t been used by them. The customers won’t have to pay a cancellation fee, but will have to get their 3,000 miles forfeited
What are ANA refund rules?
The following ANA refund policy will apply after canceling both refundable and non-refundable tickets by the customers:
- All Nippon Airways offers a full refund to the customers when the flight reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the original booking of the ticket and when it is 7 days or more away from the flight’s departure
- If the booked ticket is canceled after 24 hours of the departure of the flight then a cancellation fee along with a penalty has to be paid, which will depend on the departure dare and the routes. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used by the customer at the time of booking after the cancellation fee and percentage rates are deducted
- The customer has the right to seek compensation when the flight is canceled by All Nippon Airways on its own or the flight is delayed for over 3 hours. The customers can seek a full refund for this or request an alternative flight arrangement on the same day of the original departure
