Azores Airlines offers a special service for children aged 5-11 who are traveling without adult supervision. This unaccompanied minor service (as of 22 January 2025) ensures that the child is well taken care of throughout their journey, including assistance after check-in and during the flight.
Age: 5 to 11 years old unaccompanied minors are allowed to travel alone with an Azores Airlines unaccompanied minor fee.
- EUR 40: For domestic flights and European destinations.
- EUR 100: For flights from Portugal to Canada or the US.
- CAD 150: For flights from Canada to Portugal.
- USD 150: For flights from the US to Portugal.

Children over 3 months but under 5 years old may travel with a flight attendant's assistance throughout the journey.
