Hand baggage
Small personal items and carry-on bags are allowed per cabin class. Each cabin class has specific allowances for hand baggage:
Economy Cabin:
- Personal item: 40 x 30 x 15 cm / 15.5 x 11.5 x 5.5 in (no weight restriction, but must fit under the seat).
- Carry-on/cabin bag: 56 x 45 x 25 cm / 22 x 18 x 10 in (max 10 kg / 22 lbs).
Premium Cabin:
- Larger personal item: 45 x 36 x 22 cm / 17 x 14 x 8 in (no weight restriction, but must fit under the seat).
- Carry-on/cabin bag: 56 x 45 x 25 cm / 22 x 18 x 10 in (max 15 kg / 33 lbs).
Excess Charges: If your hand baggage exceeds the allowed dimensions or weight, you will be charged the relevant baggage fees, starting at $45 and ranging up to $85 for the Economy cabin.
Checked baggage
You can add checked baggage to your booking up to 4 hours before departure. Your checked baggage allowance depends on your fare type:
Light Checked Bag
- Weight: Up to 15 kg / 33 lbs
- Dimensions: Total dimensions 158 cm / 62 in (H + W + L)
Standard Checked Bag
- Weight: Up to 23 kg / 50 lbs

Excess baggage
If you exceed the checked baggage allowance by weight or number of pieces, charges apply:
- Excess weight: Charged at $18 per kg (2 lbs increments).
- Excess piece: Airport piece baggage fee applies.
Bulky baggage
Bulky baggage includes items larger than 158 cm (62 in) in total dimensions.
- Dimensions: Must not exceed 250 x 79 x 112 cm / 98 x 31 x 44 in (L x H x W) with a maximum circumference of 300 cm / 118 in.
- Weight: Must not exceed 32 kg / 70 lbs or lighter than 2 kg / 4 lbs.
Fees: Bulky baggage charges range from $175 to $300, depending on the size and weight.
Exemptions: Strollers, car seats, assistive devices, and medical equipment are exempt from bulky baggage charges.
Special baggage
