Weight and Size Restrictions- The total weight of the pet, including its carrier, must not exceed 8 kg.
- Carrier dimensions must be limited to a maximum of 23 cm in height, 30 cm in width, and 40 cm in length.
- Only soft-sided carriers designed specifically for pet transport are allowed.
- Reservations must be made at least 6 hours before departure.
