Etihad Airways seat selection
You can pick your seat during flight booking or online check-in. Etihad tries to ensure guests on the same booking sit together but recommends selecting seats in advance to guarantee this. If you're an Etihad Guest member, you can reserve Etihad seats for free depending on your Core Benefits or chosen Custom Benefits.
Etihad's new seating policy as of 29 November 2024 states that-
- Economy Class is divided into Forward, Middle, and Rear zones.
- Economy Space seats are now called Extra legroom, Exit row, and Bulkhead seats.
- Economy Choice Plus passengers can select any seat, including Extra legroom, for free.
- Other Economy passengers can pay to reserve a seat or will be assigned one at check-in.
